Equipment principle:

Part One: Material Vehicle Section. Arrange the rotor in a matrix manner into the material tray, and then place the tray into the material cart. Each material cart can hold multiple layers of trays;

Part 2: Elevating Platform Section. Push the material cart into the automatic lifting platform and position it. After receiving the signal, the material cart starts and automatically rises to the designated position

Part Three: Tray Connection Platform. The material tray is transported to the transfer station through a cylinder and chain drive for positioning, making it convenient for the robot to pick up and place materials. When all the rotors in the material tray have dripped glue, it will exit the tray. At the same time, the tray filled with semi-finished products will be transported to the transfer station through a lifting platform; Part Four: Material Preparation Platform. When all the disc rotors are finished products after dispensing glue, the robot switches to the material preparation table, which can achieve material replacement without stopping and improve work efficiency; Part 5: Robots and Fixtures. The robot fixture has two workstations, one for taking out finished products and the other for placing semi-finished products on the matching dropper, which improves work efficiency;

Part 6: The robot operates synchronously with the dropper, removing two finished motor rotors from the dropper within 20 seconds and simultaneously placing two semi-finished motor rotors into the dropper; Part 7: Control section. Including robot control system, teaching box, and non-standard application control part, responsible for all automation control, teaching, and communication with the dropper.
